At HINS, we conducted a pre-feasibility study for the installation of a cooperative biodigester in the northeastern region of Córdoba, focusing on the dairy basin of Colonia Vignaud and neighboring towns, with the aim of recovering energy from organic waste from dairy farms, industries, feedlots, and municipal solid waste.

In addition to the preliminary design of the system and its financial viability, the study highlights multiple environmental, social, and productive benefits, promoting a circular economy model and distributed energy generation in this area.
